Two public schools in Western Visayas (Region 6) received durable and comfortable chairs from the Seat of Hope program of the Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation, Inc. (ILCFI).
Dumulog National High School in Roxas City received 200 arm chairs from ILCFI in partnership with the Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF) last October. Atty. Mary Assumption B. Villareal, a Trustee of the Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation (center) signed the deed of donation.

Dilapidated chairs that are no longer safe to use were replaced by new Seat of Hope chairs donated by the Foundation.
Quezon National High School in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, on the other hand received 150 chairs from the Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation.
The Seat of Hope program of the Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation aims to provide a favorable learning experience to students in selected public elementary and high schools nationwide. As of October 2018, the Foundation has donated 4,998 classroom chairs to 36 public schools.
