PwC created value for the management of an automotive group by addressing their challenge on the timely consolidation of reports from various sectors given their limited big data processing capability. We assisted them by developing an auxiliary decision and analysis system dashboard that provides an easier and more convenient data upload and update platform.

PwC deployed a personalized dashboard to enable internal audit departments and compliance teams to have a clear and visible tracking of the status of the client’s compliance plan development status against certain regulations. The dashboard tailored to the client’s needs was able to display targeted and relevant information for the user.

A client maintaining subsidiaries and joint ventures and undertaking parts delivery and service provisioning to its various locations in addition to vehicle production has pain points in the availability of of key information and in inquiring information from its various subgroups. PwC provided the client a management data cockpit that presents key performance indicators per subgroup in a more efficient and less reaction time manner.
