Tax Alert No. 36 [Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 122-2023 dated 24 November 2023]

Announces the availability of the Offline Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms (eBIRForms) Package Version 7.9.4.1.

Please be informed that RMC No. 122-2023 has been issued to announce the availability of the offline eBIR Forms Package Versions 7.9.4.1 that can be downloaded from the following websites:

1. www.bir.gov.ph
2. www.knowyourtaxes.ph/ebirforms

Some of the modifications made in said version were:

• Additional Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) in BIR Form No. 1702-RTv2018C;
• Updated 2023 Income Tax Rates on the BIR Form Nos. 1700v2018, 1701v2018, and 1701A; and
• Bug Fixes for BIR No. 1702-MXv2018C.
