For a second year in a row, the survey will measure the maturity of finance functions among finance managers of companies in SEE. We will take a deeper look on how CFOs respond to the demanding needs of the stakeholders and the challenges of the new reality.
In addition, this year we will assess the readiness of the companies to comply with the most recent ESG directive and reporting requirements:

The results will provide a summary of financial professionals' views on critical business matters, strategic priorities and opportunities for finance transformation.

Who is the "CFO Compass" survey for?
The survey is conducted in the SEE region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia) for a second year in a row.
It invites CFOs, finance managers, finance directors, chief accountants and decision makers within the finance function, to share their perspective.
Last year, finance leaders from almost 130 companies, operating in over 10 different industries, participated.
The deadline for completing "CFO Compass Survey" 2024 is 30 November 2024.
