CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing

This is a tactical and operational level course for those working in or looking to work as marketing executives / marketing coordinators. 

The CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing equips candidates with the knowledge, skills and understanding to perform at an operational level and carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role in the workplace. 

By the end of the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and practices. They will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to marketing plans, execute marketing campaigns, and drive business growth in their organization.

Module Overview:

  • Marketing Impact - focus on the role of marketing in an organisation, key fundamental concepts, exploring the marketing environment, digital-age consumer behaviour, market research, and planning processes.
  • Responsible Marketing - importance of responsible marketing, highlighting the scrutiny on brands regarding diversity, inclusion, and sustainability
  • Planning Integrated Campaigns - understand and learn the skills to craft integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, assessing their effectiveness.
  • Content Marketing - importance on marketing content for digital and how to successfully create content to support marketing goals and support audience needs.
  • Search Engine Optimization - focus on the importance of search engine marketing as part of an organisation’s marketing activities, learning about both paid search and SEO best practices.
  • Social Media Marketing - develop your knowledge and skills to create effective social media activities, utilising a range of social media channels and producing suitable content to support marketing goals.
  • MarTech -  how new technologies, including AI, can be used across the customer journey to support the marketing activities and building customer relationships.

Entry requirements

You should have one of the following: 

  • 6 months to a year’s experience in marketing,
  • level 3 qualification in marketing,
  • a non-marketing degree.

These short courses are weekly one-hour live online classes delivered by OxCom’s expert trainers. All sessions are available to watch again, and course materials can be downloadable via learning platform.
