Project Management Introduction

PwC's Academy has prepared a 2-day study program that will teach you to effectively plan, implement and evaluate project results using modern project management methods.

We focus on adhering to all phases of project management and, in addition to theoretical knowledge, we will provide you with practical skills immediately usable in practice.

Who is it for?

Project management training is intended especially for candidates who do not have sufficient experience in project management and need to improve their skills in this area, expand their responsibilities and competencies and become more attractive to their employer. The training is also intended for students who prefer education in the Slovak language.

Syllabus

The training focuses on the basic principles of project management as defined by the international professional organization Project Management Institute in PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) - the standard for project management. We will address the following topics:

• project definition
• program and operational activities
• defining roles and responsibilities on the project
