PMI - Project Management Professional (PMP)

Our PMP training is based on RMC’s method – world’s standard for study materials and exam preparation.

The PMP exam is based on the PMP Examination Content Outline, which describes tasks (underlying responsibilities of the project manager within each domain area) in three performance domains (high-level knowledge area that is essential to the practice of project management).

Today’s project management practitioners work in a variety of project environments and utilize different project approaches. Accordingly, the PMP certification will incorporate approaches across the value delivery spectrum. About half of the examination will represent predictive project management approaches and the other half will represent agile or hybrid approaches. Predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches will be found throughout the three domain areas and their task statements below.

An international organization that facilitates project management, primarily on the American continent. It has published the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standard, which focuses on processes in project management. It outlines what, when, and how to accomplish tasks in a project.

The exam is conducted in English and consists of 200 multiple-choice questions.
