What was the goal of the joint project?

The goal of the joint eight-week project was to assess the status of processes and activities performed in the back office and by employees supporting production process who are not directly involved in production.

Almost 280 employees from 5 different companies in the holding and more than 40 departments participated in this extensive mapping.

How was the process undertaken?

Phase I

The first weeks were dedicated to intensive data collection and process mapping and associated activities. This phase was conducted in close cooperation with executive employees.
