Alexandra is an associate at PwC Legal s. r. o., registered with the Slovak Bar Association. She specializes in corporate law, labour law and contractual relations, and M&As. She also actively participates in personal data protection projects, and ESG and CSRD, in which she also collaborates in creating training for clients.
Alexandra has seven years of legal experience. Immediately after graduation, she worked as an in-house lawyer at a state-owned company, focusing on real estate law, primarily the development of strategic parks. Subsequently, she worked as a lawyer representing local and international clients from various industries. Alexandra also has experience of administrative law and real estate law. Currently, in addition to corporate law, she is also actively involved in the provision of legal services or ESG.
