Alex Šrank is leaving PwC Slovakia

Bratislava, 4 July 2022 – After nearly 28 years with the firm with effect from 1 July 2022 Alex Šrank, Partner and Market and Capital Transactions Leader, is leaving PwC Slovakia to spend more time with his family, teach his kids maths, physics, and Java and pursue his interests in sailing and photography.
“The most rewarding moments for partners are when they see other colleagues join the partnership, succeed and leave a significant footprint within the firm and on the market. I am pleased that Alex gave me all those reasons to be proud of him,” said Věra Výtvarová, Country Managing Partner, PwC Slovakia.
“I joined the firm when there were about 30 professionals in 1994. Today, I am leaving a highly sophisticated and specialised auditing, tax and consulting firm, which is the largest in Slovakia with more than 800 staff. PwC Slovakia was a fantastic place to work for every generation that joined and that part of life is warmly remembered by our alumni. Today, I join their ranks and I look forward to seeing the success of the current great PwC team led by our exceptionally talented partners,” said Alex Šrank.
According to the TREND weekly’s list of top consulting companies, PwC is the largest consulting company in Slovakia based on data for 2012 - 2021 published in TREND Economy & Business Weekly.
