New members of Regional Leadership Team PwC CEE

Martin Gallovič was appointed the Central Cluster Leader and RLT Member as the first Slovak. His goal is to coordinate 14 countries in CEE – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

Moreover Karsten Hegel joined the RLT and he will continue in his role as the CEE Go to Network (GTN) Leader, being responsible for driving this important part of the CEE Strategy. At the same time, he will hold the position of the GTN GRP for two CEE target markets: Germany & Austria. In his role Karsten will concentrate on the key GTN objectives for FY25 including Target markets activation and x-CEE GTN delivery model alignment. Karsten joined the firm in 1998 and became a Partner in 2010.

The third new member of RLT is Mariusz Śpiewak from 1 October 2024 as the CEE Advisory Leader. His focus includes maximising regional synergies in our Deals and Consulting businesses, seeking new strategic opportunities across our region as well as outside CEE in large scale transformations and Managed Services.
