New Partner at PwC Slovakia
Bratislava 10 March - Santos Equitz became a New Partner at PwC Slovakia as of 1 March 2022 in the Assurance practice. She will be primarily responsible for our local and regional US inbound PCAOB clients.
Santos has been working with PwC since 2004 and began her career in the Assurance practice in San Francisco, and then moved to CMAAS in Amsterdam. For the past 11 years, she has been with PwC Greece as their Capital Markets and Shipping and Ports Industry Leader.
Santos has over 23 years’ experience working with US and EU clients in external audit and advisory roles. She has extensive experience in leading audits of US listed companies in accordance with PCAOB standards, SEC reporting standards, advising on IPOs and other capital market transactions, complex accounting advisory services (US GAAP and IFRS) and mergers and acquisitions.
In recent years, she has specialized on leading audits of Foreign Private Issuers and large private groups as well as working with companies across the EU planning to enter US capital markets (IPOs, SPACs).
