The agile methodology is a project management approach that breaks project tasks down into sub-tasks to streamline the outcome and to ensure customer satisfaction, as the customer receives parts of the task in individual time periods and the changes can be made in the production and processing stages in the event of negative feedback. The advantage of this method is that sub-tasks provide a faster return on finance, increased productivity and work efficiency, but also means less space is available for planning in the event of changing customer requirements.
