The International Sustainability Standards Board is a standard-setting body established by the IFRS Foundation with the mandate to create and develop IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Stand-ards, which are intended to become a global norm. ISSB was founded during the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) held in Glasgow, UK in 2021.
