Logistics refers to the process of planning and management of the flow of materials and goods, services related to transport from the point of origin to final consumers, including storage. The goal of these processes is to ensure that materials, goods or services are available at the required time and in the required quality and quantity. These activities are linked to transport costs, which should not exceed a specified limit. Customers are the most important part of the whole process, and meeting the needs of external or internal customers and achieving their satisfaction is crucial for logistics.
