Waterfall Methodology

The waterfall methodology is a project management approach that involves setting strict rules in all project areas early in the planning process that guide team members. This methodology relies on stages such as processing design, solution development and testing, pilot version and consecutive execution. The waterfall methodology provides a better management and control approach compared to the agile methodology, but its disadvantage is the lack of customer feedback, which makes the implementation less effective.
