People are one of the supporting pillars in the economic transformation on the road to sustainability. If companies are able to perceive the desires and needs of their employees, and give them space to utilize and develop their talents, they will create the values of an inclusive culture and achieve sustainable growth. Today, the need for diversity, equality, and their inclusion in the culture of society, at the national and corporate level, are stronger than ever.
