Our vision

• Using multiple formats has become an effective development strategy for the Ukrainian retail market. Opportunities for accessing consumer are on the rise, driving retailers to diversify their market strategies and cover several segments at a time.
• Rising popularity of Internet sales: Ukrainian consumers actively use the Internet and have come to appreciate the convenience and advantages of online shopping. However, the online segment’s share in the total retail market is small and for many traditional retail chains at this stage, it is more of a high profile project to gain a loyal audience.
• Diversification of products: many producers are diversifying their product range to cover mass market and premium segments. This diversification of products and focussed development of products based on customer needs, creates a product that provides more value for the consumer at a lower price.
