PwC Ukraine’s Partner to Develop Transfer Pricing in Central and Eastern Europe

Olga Trifonova, Partner at PwC Ukraine, in addition to managing the transfer pricing practice in Ukraine, begins her new role as the leader of PwC’s transfer pricing in Central and Eastern Europe starting July 1.
Olga has over 17 years of experience consulting for large international and Ukrainian companies. Her expertise includes developing transfer pricing (TP) policies, preparing TP documentation, and supporting clients in disputes with regulatory authorities.
Olga also actively collaborates with companies on tax structuring of international operations. Furthermore, she assists businesses in implementing TP policies and efficient business processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements in this area.
Together with her team, she has assisted the State Tax Service and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in developing and improving Ukrainian TP rules to align them with the world’s best practices.
