This includes advising on how to structure the contemplated changes and, where possible, foresee the necessity to review the current HR documentation in view of the recent changes in Ukrainian labour law and in the context of an on-going complex reform of the Ukrainian labour legislation. 

We help employers to comply with the Ukrainian immigration and labour law regulations while engaging foreign nationals to work in Ukraine (inсluding top-management of Ukrainian subsidiaries and representative offices of foreign entities).

• Development of effective solutions related to assignment of foreign nationals to Ukraine, ensuring adherence to companies’ global business goals;

• Advice on local visa and immigration regulations applicable to the entrance and residence of foreign nationals in Ukraine;
