• Providing advice to sellers or purchasers during the drafting, negotiations and agreement of the completion accounts;
• Expert determination services when agreement between seller and purchaser cannot be reached;
• Analysis and investigation of the financial and valuation impact of breaches of warranty or joint venture terms, and completion accounts disputes.
