• Warsaw based CEE impact centre for experienced support in pre- and post-completion advisory services (including completion accounts, earn outs and leakage reviews);
• Providing advice to sellers or purchasers during the drafting, negotiations and agreement of the completion accounts;
• Expert determination services when agreement between seller and purchaser cannot be reached;
• Analysis and investigation of the financial and valuation impact of breaches of warranty or joint venture terms, and completion accounts disputes.
