PwC Ranks in the Top 10 of PEOPLE's 100 Companies that Care list

We’re #PwCProud to be ranked in the Top 10 on the 2023 PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care list! Coming in at #7, this is our highest ranking since 2019.

The PEOPLE Companies That Care list recognizes companies for their outstanding commitment to their employees and communities. The ranking is determined based on a comprehensive assessment of a company's culture, industry leadership and employee feedback.

Our value of care is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that by taking care of our people, we can better serve our clients and make a positive impact within society.

Over the last year, we continue to foster our culture of care for our people by implementing new and enhanced benefits, perks and rewards, including expanding our mental health and wellbeing programs, listening to our people to offer the flexibility that work best for them and continuing to invest in upskilling initiatives—such as our $1 billion investment in AI.

To act on our purpose—to build trust in society and solve important programs—we are actively engaged in our local communities, working to address pressing societal issues. Our people are passionate about using their skills to help nonprofits digitally transform and address operational challenges. They build on our culture of care in a big way through community efforts by helping nonprofits focus on major societal issues, from access to food, education, healthcare and workforce opportunity to building tech platforms that can help advance societal equity. In FY23 alone, our community of solvers volunteered more than 340,000 hours of their professional skills.
