PwC’s Talent Marketplace: Connecting Talent for Project Success

Forrest Ball, an Advisory director at PwC, faced a staffing challenge when his client needed a unique balance of subject matter experience across different specialties, including value-based care (VBC) arrangements. To find a Senior Associate with this background, Forrest had to look beyond his traditional ways of finding experienced team members. He needed to source a broader talent pool with the right skills and experience to help deliver what the client needed.
