During Women's Consulting Experience, you’ll gain valuable insight into the firm, our Advisory practice and our professionals while discovering leadership skills that can be used on campus and beyond. The program is designed to help you experience PwC's culture and values through a variety of team-building, networking and career development activities. Preferred Major or Minor:
Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Math and Statistics

College class status:
We are seeking women who are sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program. This program is not open to prior or current PwC interns.
In order to receive an invitation to Women’s Consulting Experience, you'll need to apply to and receive an offer for a 2026 Advisory internship with PwC.
Note: You do not have to accept your internship offer prior to attending Women’s Consulting Experience. We encourage you to come to the program and learn more about PwC before you make your decision.

During the selection process recruiters are looking for individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and demonstrate some of the characteristics we find critical to success at PwC. As Women’s Consulting Experience participants have a client service internship offer, our goal is to help provide all participants with a solid understanding of the opportunities at a firm like PwC and help lay the foundation for a successful career, whatever you decide that may be. The program is intended to help you develop the skills and characteristics to be successful in the professional services industry.
What if I am not selected for the Women’s Consulting Experience? Does that limit my chances to intern or work for a firm like PwC?
Acceptance into our Women’s Consulting Experience is a competitive process. The selection process for our Women’s Consulting Experience is similar to the internship and full time recruiting process. Applying for Women’s Consulting Experience is a fantastic way to start building a relationship with PwC.
