The PwC Professional framework defines the behaviors we’re all expected to demonstrate at PwC and what we look for in our future talent. Our approach to career development

Whether you're an experienced professional or starting out in your career, we’ll look for you to provide examples of how you've demonstrated the PwC Professional dimensions throughout your work experience, academic studies, extra-curricular or volunteer activities.

We recommend you start your interview preparation well in advance and consider how you can demonstrate each of the dimensions in the PwC Professional framework. Whatever the role, level or expertise you bring to PwC, we look for people who are great at what they do and bring our behaviors to life in how they do it.
