I am a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC and lead its coverage of the beauty and personal care sector, a space that I am passionate about and have been involved in for many years.
I work directly with founders, their management teams, and private equity investors throughout a company’s life cycle. The beauty industry is one of prolific creativity and innovation, and I believe that one of my greatest skills is the ability to understand what makes a particular brand so special and to craft a compelling story that sells the dream and generates strong M&A interest.
I have advised on many significant industry transactions across product categories in beauty. I believe that having a deep and focused industry knowledge, coupled with a strong network of relationships and a healthy dose of tenacity, is key to success in the M&A process. The ability to think strategically, foresee unexpected challenges and find solutions in advance is also critical.
