Anthony Caletka

Anthony Caletka leads PwC’s Capital Projects Energy practice. He is a registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in capital portfolio optimization, program, project, and construction management and dispute resolution in the Energy, Utility and Mining sectors.

Tony has advised on some of the largest, most complex capital projects in the world. As an engineer, he provides hands-on experience on mega-projects, establishing PMO and PM/CM strategies and portfolios that deliver capital efficiency through ‘fit for purpose’ capital allocation and portfolio management frameworks, PM technology and tools, contracting strategies, project delivery fundamentals, and organizational capabilities.

Tony is also a recognized expert in scheduling, project controls, delay analysis, and the establishment of governance, risk management, contracting, and program management frameworks. He testifies and provides expert evidence frequently, and offers independent technical, operational and contractual analyses that create an environment for settlement on contentious projects.
