Arthur Mendoza

Arthur Mendoza is a Principal in PwC’s San Francisco office. Arthur has more than twelve years of experience in the transfer pricing field, including eight years dedicated to the financial services industry. His specific industry sector experience includes asset managers (real estate funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, mutual funds), investment banks, commercial banks, as well as other ancillary businesses. His transfer pricing experience includes assisting a number of large/emerging financial services clients in the development, documentation and subsequent support of their transfer pricing policies. He has also substantial experience in modeling and pricing a number of complex financial instruments, such as loans, guarantees, leases, and various risk transfer arrangements.
