US International Tax Inbound Leader, PwC US
Bernard Moens is a partner in PwC’s International Tax Services (ITS) practice and leads the inbound international tax practice. In these roles, Bernard advises large foreign multinationals on their US acquisitions, (re)financings, restructurings, and licensing transactions.
Bernard joined PwC in 1996 after a successful early career at two international law firms. He is an adjunct professor in Georgetown University Law School’s graduate tax program. He was the lead author of a BNA Tax Management Portfolio addressing inbound structuring issues and has co-authored several articles for industry publications. Bernard earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Antwerp and postgraduate degrees from the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M in general law) and New York University School of Law (LL.M in tax).
