Catie Hall is a director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, which strives to strengthen the connection between directors, executive teams and investors by helping them navigate the evolving governance landscape.

With over 20 years of experience at PwC, Catie brings significant experience in corporate governance, risk management and governance risks and controls.

Catie authors PwC governance publications, including PwC’s Annual Corporate Directors Survey. She speaks to a variety of board and executive audiences across sectors on governance trends, board effectiveness, risk oversight, cybersecurity oversight, IPO readiness and board culture.

Catie is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in New York) and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
