Chris is a Principal in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice. Chris joined PwC in 2021 and specializes in executive, broad-based and incentive compensation design.
Relevant experience
Chris has over 25 years of experience advising a range of industry clients on compensation strategies, advising Compensation Committees, assisting with IPOs and SPACs, conducting competitive benchmarking analyses, designing and implementing incentive compensation and retention plans, designing and analyzing salary structures, and implementing performance-based compensation strategies.
Chris previously was the market leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Washington, D.C. Rewards practice and he received a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University.
