I am a Vice President at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC. I help advise companies within the industrial products space on acquisitions and divestitures and am passionate about leveraging my industry relationships and transaction experience to help my clients achieve a viable outcome.
I have spent over five years advising founders, private equity firms, and publicly traded corporates on primarily cross-border, industrial products M&A transactions. I work with clients to help sell businesses, raise capital, or complete acquisitions, and manage the day-to-day aspects of these transactions throughout the deal process.
My favorite part about working in mergers and acquisitions is that I’m continually developing relationships with industry professionals, investors, and PwC colleagues globally as well as constantly learning by solving new, complex transactional issues or learning about new manufacturing processes from industry professionals.
