Darin Siders is a partner in PwC’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York City. He focuses on providing tax due diligence, structuring, and other US and international tax advice to financial and strategic buyers and sellers. Darin also leads PwC’s national infrastructure advisory practice.
In the last two years, Darin has worked on core infrastructure projects involving ports, university campus improvement, road, bridge, airport, and parking assets. In addition, he also worked on energy and resource related asset, including LNG transactions; upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas projects; and utilities (regulated and unregulated). In the renewable space, Darin has worked with potential buyers on wind, solar, and hydroelectric projects.
Darin is licensed to practice law in Indiana, and is a licensed CPA in Illinois and New York.
