Daryl is passionate about combining proven methods and new technologies to solve the needs of his clients. He has an advanced knowledge of the design, optimization, and implementation of many project control systems and techniques including the Oracle Primavera Suite, and is a specialist at designing and applying quantitative risk analysis models, critical path analysis, schedule analytics, and the use of earned value techniques.

Daryl collaborates with industry leading organizations to bring together disparate systems, processes and controls to form a more efficient project delivery environment. He has provided technical support and presented findings to support contractors and project owners in regulatory proceedings, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and negotiations.
