David Gilbertson is an international tax partner He joined PwC in 1995 and has 15 years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience assisting companies with the design of their international operating structures, including intercompany financing, IP planning, profit repatriation, and foreign tax credit planning. He has helped clients in areas such as structure design, acquisition integration, joint venture planning, profit repatriation, tax treaties, transaction taxes, capital gains taxes, and cash repatriation and redeployment. He has considerable experience advising outbound multinational companies in designing their structures to
effectively enter and operate globally and address the ASC 740 reporting requirements, including uncertain tax positions.
David holds a BBA from College of William and Mary, a Master of Tax from the University of Denver. He is also a CPA licensed in Virginia and Colorado.
