Janet Gagliano

Janet Gagliano is the National Leader of PwC’s Abandoned and Unclaimed Property (AUP) practice, as well as coordinator for our East Region State and Local Tax group. In these roles, she assists clients in a broad range of AUP services and directives aimed at minimizing exposure, reducing liability, and managing compliance strategies.

Janet has more than 19 years of experience advising clients in unclaimed property issues, in industries as varied as retail, financial, insurance, utility, mortgage, professional services, and manufacturing. Prior to joining PwC in 1997, Janet was with the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Escheat and Unclaimed Property Division. A member of the AICPA, she is a frequent speaker on AUP matters at local and national conferences and workshops. Janet earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Campbell University.
