I lead PwC’s Insurance Trust Solutions Practice. I have over 25 years of experience and oversee our dedicated professionals in the delivery of assurance and tax services in the life, annuity, property and casualty, and health sectors.

I enjoy solving complex problems, helping clients envision, prepare for and realize a sustainable and profitable future.

I oversee a network of assurance and tax professionals and lead global teams that provide a variety of insurers audit and other services. This includes IPO readiness services, large-scale accounting standards implementations, and controls and process assessments. I also assist carriers with public and private equity debt offerings, spin-offs and divestitures, acquisition support services, and complex reinsurance transactions.
