Jeff Barnett

Jeff Barnett is a transfer pricing partner in the PwC Atlanta office. Jeff has significant transfer pricing consulting experience with US and foreign-based multinationals in various industries. His experience includes working with clients in the consumer products, retail, building products, hotel, quick service restaurant, aggregates, real estate investment, semiconductor, software, and apparel industries, among others. Jeff likewise has significant experience in providing transfer pricing consulting in various areas, including cost sharing arrangements, intangible property restructuring, intangible property valuation, global intercompany service fee structuring and documentation, royalty rate planning, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), U.S. state transfer pricing, and U.S. and foreign country documentation studies. In addition, Jeff has assisted clients with transfer pricing guidance associated with intercompany financing through the establishment and support of global intercompany interest rate policies, the analysis of debt capacity for U.S. borrowers, the determination of intercompany guarantee fees, utilizing transfer pricing methodologies to assist in the determination of Section 199 deductions associated with the online use of software and assisting clients with IRS transfer pricing audits and resolving issues that arise during examination.
