I’m a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC, primarily covering consumer and technology markets. I started my career in Tokyo with PwC Japan and now I am based in California with my wonderful family.
I help clients explore strategic options with respect to their business, which can include raising capital from financial / strategic investors or selling their company. On the other hand, I also help potential buyers find attractive businesses and support the acquisitions of such businesses.
What makes my job so fulfilling is having an impact on what is often a life-changing milestone for clients.
