I help transform our internal business processes, systems and services to become simpler, more productive and cost effective. Successful transformation includes continuous business process optimization, automation and digitization, implementing new technology solutions and embracing cost-effective operating models across the firm.
In my work and personal life, I enjoy helping others and fixing things — whether participating in volunteer efforts, working around the house or trying to improve my golf game. A lucky husband and dad to two sons, I love spending time at the beach with my family.
