I’m a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC, primarily covering consumer and technology sectors. I started my career with PwC Finland in Transaction Services and now work on the Corporate Finance team in San Francisco.
I have over 10 years of experience across corporate finance and financial due diligence. I mainly advise emerging growth and founder led businesses on M&A and capital raise engagements and am responsible for the execution of the deal cycle.
I enjoy working in Corporate Finance given the fast paced and ever-changing nature of the M&A market and enjoy being exposed to sophisticated private equity and strategic investors.
