Justin Denworth

Justin is a Principal in PwC's International Tax Services practice and leads the Quantitative Solutions group for the Bay Area & Northwest Markets. Justin has over 15 years of experience advising US and multinational corporations on a wide variety of complex international tax calculations. Relevant current experience includes modeling to manage the cash and effective tax rate impact of recent changes to the U.S. international tax laws and related contemplated planning transactions. Justin is also currently assisting large multinational corporations with designing and delivering large scale and detailed international tax calculations associated with quarterly provision or annual return compliance such as foreign U.S. taxable income, E&P and tax basis, subpart F, Sections 988 & 987, and FTC limitation (including expense allocation and apportionment OFL, ODL, and SLL calculations).
