Kristen Noell

Kristen Noell is the Private Company Services (PCS) Market Leader and a tax partner in PCS’s Washington DC Metro tax practice. As Markets Leader, she drives PCS’s business development strategy to the markets.

Kristen has 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to both public and private companies. She has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from small start-ups to large multi-national companies. Her extensive tax experience includes ASC 740, corporate taxation, state taxation, international taxation, employee benefits and mergers and acquisition/due diligence planning.  

Kristen has led client service teams in advising on the tax accounting implications of transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions. Her industry focus includes government contracting, professional services, technology and manufacturing. She serves as a trusted advisor helping clients make strategic decisions throughout the business lifecycle and focuses on driving benefits for clients related to managing global effective tax rates balanced with the need for cash tax savings.  

Kristen has a Bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University and a Master's of Science in Taxation from American University. She is licensed in Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
