For me, the best part of my job is developing relationships with founders / business leaders and advising them on how to navigate complex decisions which can impact the future of their businesses. I find the fast paced and ever-changing M&A environment to be incredibly engaging, and one that allows me to constantly learn and challenge myself. None of which, I take for granted.
