Larry Pfeffer

Larry is a partner and leads PwC’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice. In this role he specializes in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructuring transactions.

Larry advises clients on the tax-related aspects of corporate transactions, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, tax-efficient funding and implementation for US and cross-border transactions. He has represented both mega and boutique private equity funds and cross-industry private and public companies in numerous acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings. Larry has significant experience with cross-border transactions and in preparing, reviewing and implementing complicated step plans.
