I enjoy helping people work through complex issues and challenges.

I help the firm, engagement teams and clients see and manage independence compliance. I recently rejoined PwC after serving as the SEC’s Deputy Chief Accountant leading the Professional Practice Group, where I was responsible for independence matters, policy determinations, rulemaking and consulting. I also assisted the SEC in oversight of and interaction with the PCAOB.

My experience finding solutions for engagement teams and clients has been my passion, having worked with PwC’s Assurance National Quality Organization's ASM&T team. A dedicated ally, I support creating opportunities through DE&I.
