I work across our Operations Transformation team, bringing to life our vision of how digital tools can transform the global supply chain.
My focus is not just on digital tools, but also their impact. I help our clients improve the reliability, speed, and cost of their end-to-end supply chain. That may mean applying cloud analytics to improve factory capacity, rethinking the supply base for resilience and speed, or developing bespoke forecast models to improve customer satisfaction and reduce inventory.
As a father of three I also want to reduce the impact of global supply chains on the environment and I’m passionate about reducing waste; we really can have more with less!
