As the US Insurance Tax Leader, it's my job to work with clients on related business initiatives for tax planning and tax compliance.
I've been serving the insurance industry, including P&C, life and reinsurance companies, for over 20 years. I have extensive experience with a broad range of tax and tax accounting matters that include monitoring tax and industry developments and trends that may have a current or future impact, issue identification and implementation of federal planning strategies.
I bring merger and acquisition experience (including due diligence, financing and structure alternatives), investment tax planning, state and local tax planning, IRS audit defense, and other general corporate tax matters.
