Miho Aoki

Miho Aoki is a principal in PwC's Northern California International Tax Services practice. Her clients are primarily in the technology and retail and consumer products industries, and include Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and private equity backed companies.

Miho collaborates with clients to align their international tax structure with their business objectives to minimize global taxes. This may include consideration and realignment of global marketing and sales, procurement and distribution, IP licensing, development and research and development, and services activities.
Miho also has extensive experience with acquisition diligence, structuring of acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.
